Drivers Screening

Book a 15-minute appointment for a professional vision screening to receive your driver’s license certificate. You will have to bring in a valid identification document (ID).
Driver’s License Certificates are sanctioned by the South African Optometric Association in compliance with the National Road Traffic Act and will be accepted by the licensing departments.

Vision Screening

A vision screening is a 10-minute assessment to identify subjects at high risk for eye disease or in need of a professional eye examination by conducting screening tests. A screening is not a diagnostic process and does not replace a comprehensive eye examination.

Eye Examination

Our examinations are designed to diagnose, treat and manage ocular conditions. Treatment options include tailor-made prescription spectacles, basic and specialized contact lenses, and vision therapy. The eye examination usually takes about an hour depending on the number and complexity of tests required to fully evaluate your vision and the health of your eyes.

Glaucoma Screening

Glaucoma is an eye disease resulting from irregular eye pressure, causing damage to the optic nerve. Glaucoma has no early symptoms, a screening is the only way to detect its presence and is recommended for all individuals 60 years and older as well as individuals with a family history of the disease. Untreated glaucoma may lead to permanent vision loss or total blindness.
