Do I need to book an appointment ?

We recommend that you book an appointment in advance, however, we do accommodate walk-ins subject to availability.

Is Innovision optometry wheelchair accessible?

We are equipped for a wheelchair to travel from the car park into the practice safely. The medical centre has wheelchair access and disabled toilet facilities.

Do we cater to all age groups?

We cater to ages 3 years and above. A comprehensive eye examination is recommended for children between the ages of 3 and 5 to ensure the proper development of their vision. This is especially important for children who have a family history of eye-related conditions.

Do we assist in repairing damaged glasses?

We make every effort to repair and return broken spectacle frames at the patients’ own risk. Nose pads and screws are replaced free of charge. Larger and specialised parts of frames can be ordered at an additional cost. All frames come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
